OVERVIEW
The Vortex Flow Meter (Gas Flow Meter) is a robust and reliable solution for precise gas flow measurement in industrial environments. It offers high accuracy, minimal maintenance, and stable performance even under varying temperature and pressure conditions. Designed for seamless integration with smart factory systems, it provides real-time data for monitoring and optimization. Its durable construction and advanced sensing technology make it ideal for energy management, process control, and industrial automation applications.
Working Principle
The Vortex Flow Meter works on the vortex shedding principle. When gas flows through the meter and passes a bluff body, vortices are formed alternately on both sides. The frequency of these vortices is proportional to the gas velocity. A sensor detects the vortex frequency and converts it into an electrical signal to calculate accurate gas flow rate.
